Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions in the Miami area seeks a bilingual Manager, Group/Benefits Sales to expand the employer benefits channel. You will develop new business, manage employer accounts, renewals, and present tailored benefit packages to small and mid-size employers.

Role requires 3+ years in group benefits or insurance sales, fluent English and Spanish, strong relationship and closing skills, and ability to work in person in Doral/Miami.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of group/employee benefits or insurance sales experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Proven consultative sales, relationship management, and closing skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and multiple accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new group accounts.
• Manage existing employer relationships, renewals, and coverage reviews.
• Present medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary benefit solutions.
• Build relationships with employers, brokers, and benefit consultants.
• Coordinate proposals, plan designs, enrollment, and onboarding.
• Maintain sales pipeline and account activity through CRM tools.
• Provide professional support to employers and employees.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners in English and Spanish.
• Consistently work toward established sales goals.
