Qualifications

• 3+ years of group/employee benefits or insurance sales experience.
• Active Life & Health insurance license.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Proven consultative sales, relationship management, and closing skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and multiple accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Doral/Miami for an in-person role.

Responsibilities

Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience
Bonus: Up to 100% of annual salary based on sales goal achievement
