This role offers an hourly wage with the potential for commission, and a strong training program to develop your collections skills. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate documentation, and work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment that values integrity and customer service.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or 3-year legal residence.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Three shifts per week with some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to consumers and third parties on inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle 100–150 calls per day in a call center environment.
• Be a problem-solver and help consumers reach a resolution on their account.
• Locate consumer contact information and document call outcomes.
• Implement changes requested by the client accurately and promptly.
• Review performance statistics with management and pursue personal and professional growth.
