Job summary

Protecmedia is seeking a service-oriented professional to join its Baltimore Operations team. The successful candidate will provide bilingual support (English and Spanish) to clients across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, handling initial troubleshooting and coordinating resolutions with internal teams.

The role involves implementing and configuring Protecmedia products, onboarding, trainings, go-live activities, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Experience in consulting, implementation projects, or client-facing technology roles.
Experience in software development, scripting, integrations, or troubleshooting is advantageous.
English and Spanish proficiency required; able to work from Baltimore with travel.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support to international clients in English and Spanish.
Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary, following cases to resolution.
Collaborate with technical, development, and product teams to deliver practical solutions.
Support implementation and configuration of Protecmedia products; participate in onboarding and go-live activities.
Prepare clear technical documentation in English and Spanish; coordinate with clients and internal teams; travel as needed.
