Job summary

KPMG LLP seeks a GEPC Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice in New York. You will oversee HR outsourcing engagements, mentor bilingual staff, and coordinate international relocations for executives and their families.

Strong HR systems experience and language skills are required. This role focuses on delivering high-quality client service with global reach, leveraging Workday, Taleo, and other HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
• Fluency in English and Japanese and/or Korean required.
• Experience with HR processes, benefits, and international transfers.
• Familiar with payroll and HR systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee large outsourcing engagements related to cross-border HR processes.
• Oversee day-to-day services in the global HRS practice, coordinating with providers.
• Mentor Japanese and Korean bilingual staff and maintain service quality.
• Develop and monitor service models to ensure high client satisfaction and SLA adherence.
• Serve as primary client interface for relocating executives and their families to the U.S.
