Job summary

B is seeking a concrete project superintendent to plan and coordinate concrete construction, supervise the concrete portions of the project, ensure quality work, on-time completion, and adherence to budget and safety standards.

You will coordinate weekly with Operations managers and Project Management for manpower, resource scheduling, and clear project communication to ensure successful execution on site.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships with management, owners, trades and subcontractors.
• Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Above-average working knowledge of technology and related resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure project communication and execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor to ensure performance requirements.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors for proper planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality and budget in concrete construction processes.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Capture and report time for field manpower overseen.
• Monitor productivity and identify delays with solutions.
