Job summary

Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery in Carson, CA is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary contact for strategic domestic and international accounts. The role requires 3–5 years of experience and fluency in Mandarin and English to manage Asia-to-U.S.

supply chains and cross-cultural relationships. The on-site position offers an 80k–100k salary, with responsibilities across account management, business development, and operations collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in account management, business development, customer success, or logistics sales.
• Industry Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, 3PL, transportation, or international trade is preferred.
• Supply chain familiarity with importers, manufacturers, or Asia-to-U.S. supply chains is highly desirable.
• Bilingual Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) is strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for assigned strategic customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts and actively support new business development initiatives.
• Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and long-term needs.
• Work hand-in-hand with warehouse operations to ensure customer SLAs are met.
• Lead and participate in customer meetings, facility tours, and quarterly business reviews.
