Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Transportation, or related field.
• Experience in US logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience with warehouse operations, trucking, drayage, freight forwarding, or last-mile delivery.
• Familiarity with Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach and Southern California drayage is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of US customs clearance and international freight.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and brokers.
• Strong cost management, planning, and efficiency improvement.
• Proficient in Excel and WMS/TMS systems.
• Ability to prepare operational reports and dashboards.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations across warehouses, trucking, drayage, cross-border transport, container handling, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop and optimize transportation schedules and routes to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity.
• Manage third-party logistics vendors and ensure performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and overseas management to support clearance and cargo movement.
• Prepare regular operational reports and cost analyses for leadership.
• Lead peak-season planning and respond to shipment disruptions.
• Recommend improvements to logistics SOPs and inventory processes.
