Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of clerical/administrative experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree desirable.
• Must speak English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming claim-related emails and calls; provide status updates to Adjusters and policyholders.
• Assist with claim intake and document collection for General Liability claims.
• Assist in timekeeping, file management, and report preparation across multiple systems.
• Coordinate with the GL claims team to support client retention through excellent service.
• Support management with requests for policy and claim documents and disclosures.
