Job summary

Frank Winston Crum Insurance is seeking a full-time on-site Bilingual General Liability Claims Assistant to support the claim team and enhance customer service. The role focuses on processing payments, handling inquiries, and providing timely document support to adjusters.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of clerical experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of clerical/administrative experience.
• High school diploma or the equivalent; college degree desirable.
• Must speak English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices and payments in the TPA system; escalate non-payments as needed.
• Handle incoming calls requesting claim status and updates.
• Perform claim intake for new General Liability claims received via mail, email, or phone.
• Provide Adjuster with policyholder and agency contact information and related documents.
• Check policy system monthly for endorsements to be added to claims.
• Respond to claims emails with claim number and adjuster information.
• Escalate issues to Claims Operations Supervisor or upper management when appropriate.
• Receive and distribute mail; redact policies and respond to policy disclosure requests.
• Compile reports and documentation using various systems and vendor sites.
