Job summary

RiseBoro Community Partnership in New York, NY is seeking a Recruiter to join our team and partner with the Lead Recruiter to meet evolving hiring needs. You will handle full-cycle recruitment, resume review, sourcing, prescreening, and interviews, both in-person and virtual.

You will draft offer letters, engage in community events and career fairs, build pipelines, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• At least three years of professional recruitment experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Lead Recruiter to anticipate and meet hiring needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: resume review, sourcing, prescreening, and interviews (in-person/virtual).
• Draft offer letters and engage in community events and career fairs.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline using job boards and other outlets.
• Collaborate with program directors, supervisors, and managers on open positions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Attend college job fairs and off-site recruiting events.
• Provide administrative support and meet deadlines.
