Job summary

RiseBoro Community Partnership in New York is seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment for Home Health Aides, build partnerships with schools and community groups, and drive candidates into our application funnel.

You will host on-site events, screen applicants quickly, manage the hiring pipeline through background checks and orientation, and serve as a brand ambassador promoting rewarding careers in homecare.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
• Knowledge of state homecare credentials (HHA/PCA) and LHCSA regulations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: develop partnerships with local schools, workforce centers, and community organizations.
• Field-Based Recruitment: organize and attend career fairs and on-site events in the service area.
• High-Volume Candidate Screening: rapid phone screens and credential checks.
• Pipeline Management: guide candidates from contact through background checks and orientation.
• ATS Maintenance: keep candidate records and interview schedules up to date.
• Brand Ambassadorship: promote the rewards of working in homecare to potential hires.
• Additional duties as needed.
