Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Screen and interview candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring teams, and HR.
• Develop outreach to meet affirmative action goals and build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain OFCCP compliance and a high-quality candidate experience.
