Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• At least three years of professional recruitment experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Lead Recruiter to anticipate and meet evolving hiring needs.
• Manage full cycle recruitment: resume review, sourcing, prescreening, interviews, offer letters.
• Engage in community events and career fairs to build talent pipelines.
• Post positions on internal and external job sites and provide candidate shortlists.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
