Job summary

China Live / Asia Live Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced full-charge bookkeeper to work closely with operations in San Francisco. The role covers AP/AR, payroll, bank and card reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality accounting, a degree in Accounting, and strong Excel/QuickBooks Online skills. On-site work in San Francisco with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience in hospitality/restaurant
• BA or AA in Accounting or related field
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks Online
• Fluent English and Mandarin or Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks Online
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank, credit-card, merchant-processing and delivery-platform accounts
• Review daily sales, deposits, discounts, refunds and voids
• Record payroll, tips and service-charge distributions
• Prepare monthly profit-and-loss statements and balance sheets
• Assist with cash-flow reporting and weekly financial summaries
• Coordinate sales-tax and payroll-tax with outside CPAs
