Qualifications

• Accounting degree or in progress towards accounting degree.
• Experience with Quickbooks.
• Proficiency using Excel with minimum pivot tables.
• Bilingual in Chinese (Cantonese preferable) and English.
• Previous experience in AR, AP, or bookkeeping.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Participate in accounting billing and invoicing workflow.
• Provide management with reports on invoice statements and cash flow.
• Contribute to various small office tasks.
