Eight Tables by George Chen is seeking a bilingual Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join China Live / Asia Live Restaurant Group in San Francisco. The role requires managing payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting for multiple entities with a focus on restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality accounting, a degree in accounting, and expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5 years accounting experience in hospitality/restaurant industry required.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese mandatory.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books for multiple restaurant entities using QuickBooks Online.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank, credit-card, merchant-processing and delivery-platform accounts.
