Job summary

Keystone Health's Behavioral Health clinic in Chambersburg is seeking a friendly, organized Front Office Staff member who is fluent in English and Spanish. You will be the first contact for patients and support daily administrative operations in a busy behavioral health practice.

This position starts at Behavioral Health in Chambersburg and transitions to Welty Road upon opening in early 2027. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays, and responsibilities include

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Strong computer and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars.
• Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations.
• Updating patient demographic and insurance information.
• Collecting copays and other patient payments.
• Answering and directing telephone calls.
• Checking patients in and out for appointments.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
• Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned.
