Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette is seeking a part-time, on-site front desk associate at the East Portland Health Center to greet patients, manage check-in, and support the clinical team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years in customer service or high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, check them in, and prepare visit paperwork.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions.
• Enter and update patient information in the EHR.
• Verify insurance coverage and discuss payment or funding options.
• Collect payments and complete daily balancing tasks.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to keep appointments running smoothly.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized front office environment.
