Job summary

Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in Greensboro, NC seeks a Floater Bilingual Front Office Call Center Coordinator. You will answer and route calls from injured clients, provide compassionate support, and help guide them through the early stages of their case.

During onboarding you work from the Greensboro office, then transition to remote work with occasional travel to Asheville, Charlotte, and Greensboro offices for backup coverage. A NC Notary will be required after hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to answer and route calls for injured clients.
• Strong customer service with empathy in difficult circumstances.
• Willingness to travel to Asheville, Charlotte and Greensboro offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls from injured clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in onboarding and provide support across NC/SC offices.
• Serve as front office liaison, welcoming guests and coordinating meetings.
• After onboarding, work remotely while maintaining coverage at office locations.
