Clark Associates in Orlando, FL is seeking a Bilingual Front End Associate for our Retail Store location. The role focuses on delivering friendly service, efficient checkout, and handling cashier tasks while assisting customers at the front of the store.

You will guide customers, process transactions, manage returns and memberships, and support store leadership to keep shelves and front-end areas organized.

Qualificações

• Front-end cashier duties and customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process POS transactions accurately.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to assist Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and membership verification, as well as loading purchases into customer vehicles
• Process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing prompt assistance or directing inquiries
• Guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and the front area of the location
• Refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Possess and maintain a thorough understanding of our website and educate our Spanish-speaking customers on how to best-utilize our “Brick and Click” business model
