Fresco y Mas in Florida is seeking a Front End Specialist to boost customer confidence with accurate, fast, and friendly service while executing front end processes. You will help resolve cash concerns and ensure smooth daily operations at the register area.

Responsibilities include inventory management, pricing integrity, merchandising, and ensuring proper cash handling. Strong English communication and prior retail or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1 year minimum customer service or supervisory experience in retail.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist department manager with inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor and other operations to standards.
• Ensure front end opens/closes and cash reconciliations follow policies with discrepancies explained.
• Oversee daily store accounting and weekly closeouts, including self-checkouts when applicable.
• Determine and order the money required for daily business.
• Provide courteous customer service, educate customers on self-checkouts, greet and thank customers promptly.
• Address issues and resolve to customer satisfaction, escalating when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of front end operations and updates to policies and procedures.
• Manage self-checkout lanes and cash maintenance per company standards.
• Stock front end products and minimize waste through efficient restocking.
• Perform cashier and pricing duties as needed.
• Report abnormal customer or vendor behavior or security concerns to management.
