Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B sales and customer service with a focus on Spanish-speaking customers.
• Follow the TRS process: build brand awareness, assess needs, exceed expectations, and build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier functions and load products into customer vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; restock shelves and incoming stock.
• Analyze inventory to determine product availability and reorder status.
• Promote private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit.
• Educate customers on our competitive advantages: best people, technology, and price.
• Know and explain our website to help customers use the “Brick and Click” model.
