The Restaurant Store is seeking a Bilingual Front End Associate to deliver friendly customer service at the registers, handle transactions, process returns, and assist customers in-store and over the phone.

You will support operations across sales, order fulfillment, merchandising and inventory, collaborating with branch leadership to maintain a clean, efficient front end and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/project management tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1 year retail or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions daily.
• Assist with cash handling, membership verification, and loading purchases into vehicles.
• Process returns and restock items as needed.
• Direct customers and inquiries via in-store and phone communications.
• Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and front-end spaces.
