Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Orlando is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. You will focus on front-end operations, customer service, and merchandising, while promoting promotions and supporting donation programs.

The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is preferred. The position emphasizes accurate cash handling and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
