Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in English and Spanish to greet customers, manage records, and coordinate appointments in a store setting.

The role requires evenings and weekend availability, handling multiple calls, and providing friendly, accurate information to customers while maintaining an organized front desk and reception area.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in-store and on the phone.
• Maintain organized patient records and schedule flow.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls per National Vision protocol.
• Provide customers basic and accurate information about products and services.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and classes.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with materials.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries and manage office supplies.
