Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• High School Diploma required.
• One year of office experience with clerical duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors and registers them.
• Verifies and records patient information and insurance details.
• Schedules and manages appointments.
• Answers calls and relays messages for providers.
• Maintains patient charts and administrative files.
• Provides empathy and information to patients and families.
