• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at registration.
• Provide accurate scheduling and location details to patients.
• Maintain accurate notes and document actions taken in accounts.
• Assist Office Manager with policies to improve patient flow.
• Follow up on accounts within 30 days to ensure issue resolution.
