Responsibilities include greeting patients, check-in/out, scheduling, verifying insurance data, and maintaining EMR records.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• Experience in a medical front desk or healthcare administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Check-in/out patients and schedule appointments.
• Verify demographics, insurance information, and required documents.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
