NEO Surgical Group is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first contact for patients at our Jacksonville office. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling fast-paced medical scheduling and intake with a friendly, patient‑focused approach.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, check‑in/out, scheduling, verifying demographics and insurance, EMR data entry, collecting copays, and coordinating referrals.

Competenze

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a medical front desk, medical receptionist, or healthcare administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system.
• Assist patients with intake forms and office procedures.
