NEO Surgical Group in Jacksonville is seeking a professional, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, and has a strong commitment to patient care and administrative support.

This role greets patients, handles check-in/check-out, schedules appointments, verifies demographics and insurance, maintains EMR records, and coordinates referrals.

• Assist patients with intake forms and office procedures.
