Job summary

Momentum Spine and Joint is seeking a full-time bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient clinical team in Dallas, TX. The role combines front-desk greetings, appointment scheduling, basic billing support, and essential administrative duties in a fast-paced medical office.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, provide exceptional patient service, maintain accurate demographics in the EMR, assist with forms, and coordinate communications with staff while upholding

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide information at the front desk.
• Assist patients with forms and collect demographics in EMR.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Handle calls, faxes, and emails; transfer to appropriate staff.
• Maintain patient accounts; record charges and insurance data.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA procedures.
• Keep reception area neat and stocked with supplies.
• Coordinate mail flow and office forms; report statistics as needed.
• Travel between facilities if required; support team as needed.
