Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required (written and verbal).
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare, human services, or social services; or 2 years in customer service.
• Excellent customer service and commitment to service excellence.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with ability to apply critical thinking.
• Team oriented with ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide prompt, friendly service to ensure needs are met.
• Schedule patient appointments and complete accurate registrations.
• Load insurance into registrations and verify eligibility.
• Support revenue cycle processes and manage the cash box per protocols.
• Assist with patient payments and document in EHR systems.
• Float to other PHC clinics as needed and assist with recalls.
