Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to be patients’ first point of contact in our welcoming clinic in West Chicago, IL. You will guide check-in, collect data, schedule appointments, and help ensure every visit runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has basic computer skills, is available evenings and Saturdays, CPR/BLS certification, and is bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic proficiency with computers and software.
• Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact at the front desk.
• Assist with check-in, data collection, appointment scheduling, and payments.
• Provide high-quality customer service to support patient-centered care.
• Contribute to improving patient care and health outcomes.
• Receive Epic EMR training and hands-on experience.
