You will handle calls, manage filing systems, greet clients, schedule appointments, and maintain databases while supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1 year of office experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and other communications
• Manage filing system and document processing
• Meet monthly goals (KPIs)
• Schedule clients on the calendar and enter information into databases
• Greet clients and visitors; assist with reception and office operations
