AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Sales & Customer Service representative for our healthcare client network in Ventura County. The role requires English/Spanish fluency, friendly demeanor, and strong communication to greet patients, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and explain services.

You will support multiple clinics across Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme, with weekend shifts and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Assist with onboarding new patients.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Explain chiropractic services, treatment options, and membership programs.
• Present treatment plans and packages to patients.
• Assist with billing-related questions.
• Manage emails and general administrative tasks.
