Qualifications

• Front desk experience and administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for HIV, STD, and Syringe Exchange programs in Spanish and English.
• Provide accurate, nonjudgmental information to clients and patients.
• Greet clients and help navigate to appropriate services.
• Provide check-in/check-out services for medical visits.
• Keep the drop-in center and front desk clean and organized.
• Provide administrative support to HIV, Hepatitis C, Prevention and SSP programming.
• Per supervisor's direction arrange follow-up medical appointments.
• Provide additional backup administrative support as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
