ACCESS Community Health Network in Chicago seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to welcome patients and guide check-in. You will collect data, schedule visits, process payments, and support a patient-centered medical home model.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, CPR/BLS certification, and are bilingual in English and Spanish. Evening and Saturday availability is a plus, with Epic EMR experience as a valued asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/Basic Life Support Certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk.
• Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training and hands‑on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems.
