Responsibilities

• Manage Front Office operations: check-in and check-out, guest care, cashier duties.

• Provide on-site support and coordinate with on-site vendors as needed.
• Escalate technical or operational issues to internal teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and other departments for on-site support.
