Job summary

Absorb Software is seeking a bilingual Implementation Project Manager to lead client onboarding and ensure smooth LMS deployments. You will be the main contact, guide, and educator for clients, driving success and adoption of Absorb LMS.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver training on best practices. This is a fully remote-first opportunity with strong benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English required.
• 4+ years in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management.
• Experience in training or software training.
• Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts.
• Proven time management skills and a project-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the software implementation process end-to-end for new clients (average 8 weeks).
• Gather and document requirements, confirm scope, and set achievable timelines.
• Act as client partner and liaison for cross-department collaboration.
• Support and implement additional products and integrations (RESTful API, CRM/HRM).
• Provide in-depth LMS training and best practices customized per client.
