Job summary

PetDesk is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead onboarding and configuration for veterinary clinics, guiding customers from kickoff through go-live and early adoption. You will train customers on features, analyze requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure value and success.

You will work primarily in Eastern Time, with candidates across the United States, and you will balance 30–40 concurrent projects while delivering exceptional service and measurable

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role in software implementation or customer success.
• Ability to learn software quickly and adapt to new tools.
• Excellent English and French communication (verbal & written).
• Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and adoption.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate customers on features and workflows.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide confident, results-driven responses.
• Build strong relationships and act as trusted advisor throughout implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Support to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and generate progress reports for stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of 30–40 concurrent projects with daily customer meetings.
