Job summary

Absorb Software is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Implementation Project Manager to lead client onboarding and optimize the Absorb LMS rollout. You will be the primary client contact, guiding implementations from kickoff to go-live, and collaborating with sales, product, and support teams.

You will train clients, manage timelines, and drive adoption of integrations and new modules, helping customers succeed while advancing Absorb's learning platform.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the software implementation process end-to-end (average duration 8 weeks) for new clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
• Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and develop timelines and goals with clients.
• Act as client partner and liaison for cross‑department collaboration and resource management.
• Support and implement additional products and integrations such as RESTful API, CRM/HRM integrations, etc.
• Provide in-depth training on Absorb LMS, including best practices and workflows tailored to each client.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, maintaining quality while coordinating multiple projects.
