Absorb Software is seeking a remote Implementation Project Manager to guide clients through successful LMS deployments. You will lead onboarding end-to-end, document requirements, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English with strong written and verbal skills.
• 4+ years in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management.
• Experience in software training.
• Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts.
• Proven time management skills.
• Project oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the software implementation process end-to-end (avg 8 weeks) via phone, email, or video.
• Gather and document requirements, confirm scope, and set timelines with clients.
• Act as client partner for cross-department collaboration and resource planning.
• Support and implement additional products and integrations.
• Provide in-depth training on Absorb LMS and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality and coordination.
