Job summary

Percepta in Melbourne, FL is seeking a French bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction across sales and service interactions.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats, provide product knowledge, and coordinate with dealers to resolve issues. A minimum two years in customer service and strong English/French communication are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (oral and written).
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, call center, hospitality or related fields.
• Typing skills: minimum 30 wpm.
• Knowledge of automotive industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and guide customers from website to pre-buy experience.
• Act as a resource for product knowledge and service support.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats professionally and promptly.
• Document inquiries and resolve issues using available resources including dealers and SMEs.
• Collaborate with teams on marketing and sales projects and meet targets.
