Job summary

Percepta is seeking a French bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll engage with customers and prospective buyers to build loyalty through strong listening, knowledge sharing, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes luxury service standards and cross-functional collaboration with dealers and SMEs. You must have at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service or related fields, and fluent English and French.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Bilingual English and French fluency (oral and written).
2+ years in customer service, call center, hospitality, or sales.
Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer experience and guide customers from website to pre-buy process.
Be the single point of contact addressing sales, product knowledge, service issues, and dealer information.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professional, courteous communication.
Document inquiries and concerns; use satisfaction tools to resolve issues and improve loyalty.
Collaborate with dealers, service engineers, and SMEs to resolve customer issues.
