Responsibilities include welcoming members, gathering needs, routing to coaches, maintaining privacy, documenting interactions, and meeting contact center performance standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written and verbal.
• Comfortable with remote communication via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members through inbound/outbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Welcome new members, explain available services, and set expectations for coaching.
• Coordinate with financial coaches and internal teams for handoffs and continuity.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments per process and standards.
• Protect member privacy and follow all company policies; meet performance metrics.
