My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator (bilingual English/Spanish) for a 100% remote role serving U.S. members. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels to guide members to coaching resources and schedule appointments.

This high-volume, fast-paced position requires excellent communication, precise documentation, and a commitment to privacy while delivering outstanding service across multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, member services, call center, scheduling, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage high volume calls, emails, and messages with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests throughout the day.
• Welcome new members and explain available services and next steps.
• Connect members with the appropriate coach or resource and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate member records, notes, and appointment information.
• Protect member privacy and follow company policies.
