My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator – Bilingual English/Spanish for a fully remote role within the United States. You will handle high-volume member contacts via phone, email, and other channels, guiding clients to the appropriate financial coaches and resources.

In this fast-paced position, you will document interactions, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while ensuring privacy and quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or call center.
• Experience with CRM and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work remotely and manage high-volume interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume inbound and outbound member calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests throughout the workday.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments.
• Maintain accurate and complete member records, call notes, and appointment information.
• Coordinate with financial coaches and internal teams to ensure effective member handoffs.
