My Secure Advantage is a financial wellbeing company seeking a Financial Success Coordinator to be the primary contact for members seeking financial coaching and support. This fully remote role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication via phone, email, and other channels.

You will guide members through services, schedule appointments, coordinate with financial coaches, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience while protecting privacy and meeting performance expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service/call center roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience with CRM and scheduling tools.
• Able to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Welcome new members and explain available services.
• Identify needs and connect members with appropriate coach or resource.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry.
• Protect member privacy and follow policies.
• Coordinate with coaches and internal teams for seamless handoffs.
