My Secure Advantage is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) to act as the Financial Success Coordinator. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, help members understand services, and connect them with the right coaches or resources.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Minimum 2 years in customer service, member services, call center, scheduling, customer success, or related role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with CRM, scheduling, and contact center technology.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for members through phone, email, and other channels.
Connect members with the appropriate financial coach or resource and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate documentation and meet contact center performance standards.
Protect member privacy and follow company policies.
